Compassion: Reason 1
Reason 1
We have begun to understand and face up to the problems in the world.
"The problems are perceived, by growing numbers of the general public… as real concerns that threaten us and our children - and the survival of life on earth, as we know it. If we put our problem-solving abilities in high gear and join hands and brains and hearts around the world, surely we can find ways to live that are more in harmony with nature, and start to heal some of the wounds we have inflicted. After all, humans have accomplished 'impossible' tasks before." - Dr. Jane
